Museo Nao Victoria is a full-scale ship museum where you don't look at replicas through glass - you climb them. The Nao Victoria, HMS Beagle, Ancud, and James Caird sit open to the deck, hulls exposed, with the Strait of Magellan as your backdrop. Standing where those navigators stood produces a physical, genuine awe that no panel text can manufacture. The interiors are mostly bare, the information leans on Wikipedia, and the grounds show wear. It's not curated scholarship - it's a stage that puts your body where history moved, and that uncomplicated purpose makes it worth the visit.
The real draw here is that you can actually board the replicas, full-scale, and stand on the deck of the Nao Victoria with the Estrecho de Magallanes behind you. The ships are almost empty inside and the information panels read like Wikipedia, but that view earns the ticket anyway
