Gardela is an Argentine-style steakhouse in Roma Norte built around one thing: dry-aged beef, presented with ceremony - cuts carved tableside, butter melting on a hot plate. The modern, warm dining room opens onto a terrace. Artisanal bread with housemade sauces sets the tone; sweetbreads and aged beef carpaccio are reliable starters; soufflé and flan finish strong. Service is attentive, sometimes hovering. The menu runs wide - pasta, salads, seafood - but inconsistency outside the grill doesn't justify the high price. Come for the meat. Everything else is secondary.
Gardela is the Argentine parrilla Roma Norte deserved, where aged cuts get sliced tableside, finished with melted butter, and served on a hot iron plank. The attentive service is genuine but relentless, so if you need your conversation to breathe, you will notice it
